Alli Pohl

Alli has lived in the Pacific Northwest for most of her life. She holds a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and a certificate in non-profit management. She has worked in the non-profit sector for nearly 10 years, specifically in the field of substance use and mental health.
Alli currently works remotely as the Director of Strategy and Innovation for a Co-Occurring treatment agency in the state of Alaska. Prior to this role she spent a majority of her career overseeing clinical programs and providing counseling, working largely with incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals.
Recidivism reduction has been a focal point in her career and an area she is extremely passionate about. Exploring and engaging in innovative solutions on this topic has led to the development and publication of a therapeutic campus model she co-authored with colleagues. She is motivated to continue finding innovative solutions to complex social issues particularly in her local community.
In addition to participating in her own collegiate athletic experiences, Alli has coached and mentored female youth and young adults through skills training and coaching at the AAU and junior college levels. In her spare time, she also enjoys staying active, reading, drawing and painting, and spending time with her family and friends.
